Hey all, I have a spare 8v head that I'd like to clean up but not put any $$$ into. I've heard running a head through a dishwasher works fairly well? Right now it has no cam or lifters, just the casting with valve's and springs still intact. Would this hurt anything on my aluminum head using my household dishwasher? Should I remove the valves first? (don't want to because I don't have a spring compressor)- thnks-
Rob
