Big cams?

I can't figure out how to look up a part number in ETKA and have it give
me what it's from.  Can anyone enlighten me?

It looks like a regular 16V knock box, except the knob and the lettering
are pink rather than the normal yellow. I haven't opened it up yet to
see what's in there.
