Heater-core..do we need 'em?

I ran with a bypass heater core for a while in Vancouver, no problems...

Keep the inside windshield clean, and you shall not get any any fog. Over
time, there is a microscopic layer of dust and smog (or qhatever) that
collects inside the windshield. Keep that off, and fog will not linger.

You can always open your window 1/8" (4mm for canadians) as soon as you get
into your car for a couple of miles (kilometers for canadians).

That is what I do, and I am ok. even in -40F weather (-40C for canadians).

Well, in all honesty the defrost hasn't worked for shit since I pulled the
AC. :P
