First off; do what Dave mentioned. check the endplay. Ask Shannon about this 
;) if that turns out ok then cehck the timing with a light. Then check the 
Ma readings @ the DPR. Thsi will get you closer to the problem. Although I 
suspect Dave is on the right track. Sorry :(
