Is the clutch cable hooked to the throttle body by mistake?? (hee hee).

The only thing I could think of is if you have a pedal assy problem and when
you push in the clutch pedal it is somehow affecting the positioning of the
brake pedal and causing some vacuum problem (via the booster).  Or it is
just a fluke of some sort.

Wait, there is one other possiblity.  Check your crank end play.
