16v has more power when motor is cold?

Probably not enough difference to show up on a dyno. You'd have to =
encapsulate the intake in 1" of insulating foam to reduce its =
temperature to any significant degree and, even then, how much would =
that decrease the temperature of the incoming air? Four degrees? Ten =
degrees? (that air is only in the intake for a fraction of a second, =
remember)
What would that equate to in HP? One-quarter hp? Half a horse? Put =
your efforts into optimizing the timing and mixture....
