Want to make a quick buck? (and have a good laugh?)

As there are a decent amount of responses to this and people are saying that they have found it sucessful, I want to explain that my line 'The stupid fail to amuse me' is directed at the people selling this and more so, the person paying $20 plus shipping for it.
