OT: LFS racing game

How come when I try to Start the Game I get a Error Starting Program that reads: A required .DLL fil, DINPUT8.DLL, was not found.  

All I did was download the program and then extract it into a Live for Speed Folder under program files.

I'm not the smartest computer person in the world, and probably did something wrong...
