OT LFS Racing Game...

No, just some people don't read closely enough. I changed the hatchback's skin so that it has double round headlights. It was a 5 minute experiment and that's all it changes. Actually it looks more like it has BMW headlights from an m5 rather than a vw.
There are no mod tools for the game for making new cars seeing as the game is still in development.
