if you dont get anything, its probably the fuse (or the lazy-ass prev owner that
left the switch unplugged). (or better yet, theres always the severe lazy-ass
previous owner that accidentally yanks all wires from the plug and re-inserts
them all randomly, causing the following:
- pushing right makes mirror go up
- pushing up makes mirror go left
- pushing down makes fuse pop after making various wires half-melt).
