Game Server is UP!

Well, I just opened up the router completely.  I don't know what you mean by
forward 63992.  The computer's actual address is 208.252.99.15 so it
shouldn't need fowarded to.  When I opened it up completly it still didn't
work so I secured it again.  I'm rebooting the server now. 

This is the inbound acl line for the server on my cisco router, and I allow
208.252.99.15 to send anything outbound too.  So if I need to do something
more let me know.

access-list 110 permit tcp any host 208.252.99.15 eq 63992
