[tech] passat steering wheel into a mkii

not sure of the part number, but if you find a passat in the junkyard you 
just need to pull the sleeve (or adaptor if you prefer) off of the steering 
column, slide it on to your mkII's column and your done. the wheel will fit 
perfectly.
