Well, maybe.  I know from experience that if you get the brackets
removed, you can nest one bumper inside the other and keep the package
size down.  Maybe that will save soe $$.

Packed that way, you can also check them as baggage, not oversized
either.  So now, you just have to find someone flying from Germany to
near you...pay them a little...
