MK1 16v radiator options
Can someone explain why you would not want an overflow reservoir? I mean
weight reduction is one thing . . but . . ;- )

I have retained the older radiator with the pressure cap and opted not to
have the overflow res. that the 16v engine used. However now I have an
unused 1/2" or so pipe below the dist that is there for the return flow from
the res. Which isn't there...
Have any of you folks used this cooling system hybrid and what was you
"solution" ? Craig, Jason, Jasin, Benjamin et al ? C'mon now I see you
hiding in the back ; )
