i think most of these have been me lately :) glad to hear you're ok dave. 
keep hammering at the ins co about why your car is worth more than they want 
to give you--they went from 2100 to 4750 on my claim.  on the bright side 
(for me at least) ins co appraised the damage to my car from the break in at 
$1100 plus whatever the stereo is worth. i probably will just cover the door 
with armor plates, and the center console/hvac controls are sitting in my 
new parts car. so i'll make a few bucks on this. still sucks though.
