POR 15, where to buy?

I just got a new fender for the '78 yesterday, from Ben Rogowski(he rules!) 
and
I would like do the POR 15 treatment on it, but I haven't seen it anywhere 
around
here(Maine).  So, to those of you who have used it do you get it 
online/mail order
or is it sold locally to you?  Basically I want to know where I can get it.
