[OT] Looking for the magic tires...

I'm looking for some decent cornering 185/70-13's for my pickup. One guy 
here has an H-rated Nanking but I'm a bit leery of going with a brand I'm 
not familiar with... but it's also the only one with an H rating I've 
found. Anyone have experience with this brand, good, bad, or indifferent? 
Or can recommend something else in this size? I don't wanna go to a wider 
profile tire or change the wheels.
