central locking ?

Jeff,

I just checked the system on my GF's Jetta last night, try turning the key
the _other_ way. 

On the jetta it was like this.

-vertical- locked
-clockwise ~80 degrees- can unlock, but not remove key
-counter clockwise 90deg from vertical- unlocked, can remove key. (tied into
CLS to unlock when car is unlocked)
