kamei grill spoiler- rapid parts, new demensions, and momentum motorsports. 
or you could find a nice one used.
replacement carpet- j.c. whitney does carry, you just need to talk to 
someone who doesn't have the head up their ass. also there is a listng on 
ebay for $99 for one that noone ever bids on (have no idea about quality 
though).
teardrop- have plenty here, especially if you don't want a perfect one. lmk.
