who needs torq specs?

This is doubly funny because on rear wheel bearings, there isn't even a
torque spec, its a play spec, you don't even tighten them fully. Its easy
to do correctly by feel, but you have to know that they aren't a crank it
down item to start with.
what a hoot, but hope he is okay.
