Some of you guys have some outstanding websites. I'm going to be taking =
the plunge and getting my own domain soon and will begin building my own =
site (for personal stuff, a side-business and not to mention roc display =
purposes). What are the best resources for getting started? Something =
that will address hosting tips as well as development. I will most =
likely be using Dreamweaver 4 (which I currently have, though I haven't =
cracked into it yet).
Some background on my technical skills (or lack thereof):=20
I have extensive knowledge of Windows use (more so on the 98 platform, =
but some NT as well) and Office 2000 (including Access and Project) - =
not that those necessarily translate with webpage development, but it's =
better than nothing. What I mean is that I'm hoping to find a resource a =
little more advanced than "Webpages for Dummies"! :)
Thanks in advance!=20
