Can I pass smog in CA with...

Question for everyone.

I'm planning on ordering a complete TT exhaust for my 16V once I pass smog 
once again in a month or so. I'm going to install the dual downpipe and the 
2 1/4 cat-back system.

Since I'm in California I was planning on taking all that off once every two 
years to pass smog again, but then I started thinking. If I have flanges 
welded in so I can just swap a test pipe in and out with my cat, do you 
think I will pass smog out here? I know officially the DP isn't cab-legal, 
but I doubt I would fail on a visual because of that. I'll still have a cat 
and an O2 sensor.

Any ideas?
