no start when humid or moist

the last couple of weeks when it's been really humid out my car doesn't want 
to start. wires getting wet? i replaced the wires, cap, rotor, and sprak 
plugs. once again, the car starts fine unless it is humid or really wet 
outside. is there some kind of sealent for the plugs and wires? or have i 
miss diagnosed the problem all together? TIA
