Yeah, even stock headlights can toast the switch (the connections on my l=
ights
were corroded) so I'd say relaying the lights may be the solution if it t=
urns
out to be that circuit involved. Good instructions on the .org site, it's=

that difficult.
My son had a good dash fire from a defective aftermarket guage, it was ea=

track it down, lol. =
