Rage Alloys? Quality?

I was on discount tire's website and was browsing through 15 alloys.  I
really liked the Rage Vigor and Rage Coda but they are cheapest alloys
on the page.  Does anybody know what kind of quality these are?  How
would they compare to other brands like konig?
