Lightened Flywheels...Cost???

I have a spare flywheel for my 84 8v. I kept it from a parts car with
the intention of having it lightened at some point. Apparently that
point is a week from yesterday. What's a ballpark price to have it 
lightened and balanced? Can any automotive machine shop do the work?
