any subs for a 16v rocco master cyl?

In a moment of supreme stupidity, I destroyed my 16v rocco master cylinder.
Don't ask, I'm too embarassed to reveal how I did so, but trust me when I
say it will never hold hydraulic pressure again.  

Are there any budget, junk yard oppurtunities on this piece?  Something from
a Passat or Corrado perhaps?  What about an A3 master cylinder?   Or do I
need to go and pay Adirondak $149 for my over enthusiastic mistake?
