OT: German Translation

Well, you can walk into your bank and transfer euros, but they're going
to soak you for fees, if you want to do a funds transfer.

Other, better ways:
-Paypal
-Credit card.  Let them figure out the rates, they're usually very
competitive, better than a small $ bank transfer by far.
