painting euro bumpers

[vwscir88@hotmail.com (brett cooke)]

somebody gave me the proper mixing instructions(a chart) for flex agent to 
paint for the bumpers. he said if you mix it properly there is no sticking 
problems. also i heard that sem makes the paint and primer premixed with the 
flex agent specifically for the bumpers and wings and such.
