E-bay Misrepresentation - Neuspeed Or Not?

I am a frenchman - I'll bug ya a bit. hehehe

"Sirocco" is french spelling of "Scirocco" (english) -
or "Schirokko" (der) in Dirk-speak.

They even have "16S" front grill emblems in France:
16V - means 16 Valves
16S - means 16 soupapes (valves in French)
