E-bay Misrepresentation - Neuspeed Or Not?

Did you see the "Callaway" instrument cluster on Ebay?  The real Callaway 
cluster's say Callaway on them and go to 140mph, this guy is advertising a 
cluster as a Callaway that goes to 120mph and has a sticker on it that says 
"no boost when cold".  WTF, looks like an ordinary cluster with a sticker on 
it to me.
