WTB wiper arm with wind deflector (Second Try)

Anyone have one of these laying about? It came stock on my 84 and some one 
decided they wanted it more than me and forcibly removed it (probably on a 
Honda Civic painted body color by now).

Don't care if the hole is a bit striped just need an arm with deflector and 
since I've got you're attention I'm also looking for a MFA stalk and the 
plastic bezel that goes around the oil temp gauge (all you 3 gauge panel 
converts should have one of these beauties somewhere)
