Transmission SHIPPING Q

I had a transmission shipped to me via FedEx. It was
"wrapped" in corrugated cardboard, then put into a
bigger corrugated box with peanuts. It ****barely****
made it. The fifth gear cap was starting to poke
through the box, and the whole thing resembled a bean
bag more than a rectangular box, but it looks OK. I
would definitely recommend something sturdier. Maybe a
double-thickness/heavy-duty box with large pieces of
foam instead of peanuts?
