4-Motion, yes.. not in this country.

24v VR6 will be helluva motor, but I've owned 2 VR6-equipped GTIs, and while
fast in a straight line, despite major suspension mods neither one handled
worth crap.. too nose-heavy (and heavy-feeling all around).
