found the owner of my "junk " cars(sorta long)

Thats a hard one to decide, legally you own the cars (bought and paid for).
If it was me I would probably keep it and tell the guy sorry for his
mis-fortune. Or maybe sell them back and make a small profit, man that is a
tough call. Brett do what you think is right. How long was it before he
started looking, wafering on keep it.
