They are good in the dry, awesome in the rain (especially heavy
rain..) and not so good in the snow.  They're not AWFUL, mind you, like
the crappy tires I have on the Pathfinder, in fact I drove about 75 miles
in the snow with them yesterday.  I did have a problem where the tread on
one of the tires pulled away from the tire.  It happened after I parked
in an icy parking lot in a ski area, apparantly the rubber froze to the
ice, and pulled off when I moved.  I haven't had any problems with noise
