List messages

I was lax in my house cleaning re: my Hotmail acct, and I exceded the 
storage limit.  I am now back down to "acceptable" levels but I haven't 
gotten any list messages since about that time.  Did I get on a automated 
"bad" list for delinquent accounts or something?  Should I resubscribe?
