2032cc 16v motor is here! (with wierd compression)

Those numbers actually aren't awful. They are  +/-25%, which isn't ideal but
is acceptable.

Run a dry compression test, then a wet compression test (add a tbsp motor
oil to each spark plug hole). If the numbers even up  (or increase across
the board) you need new rings. If they stay the same (or uniformly increase
with the same disparity) you'll want to check your valve seats and stem
seals, or swap in a different head.
