Rear trailing arm bolt needed!

Does anyone have an extra bolt to hold on the rear trailing arm?  I bent
mine a while ago and need a replacement.  It's the long bolt that goes thru
the bushing.

ETKA lists it as part number N 040 157 3.  It's described as a M12 x 1.5 x
148 bolt.
