Very critical actually.

You don't want regular grease in there as it gums up the
tracks with dirt and then your sunroof doesn't work.

I talked to my service advisor friend awhile back on this
subject - now if I could remember what he said.  :)  I use
LPS-2, which is a light silicon spray lubricant.  Lemme see
if I can get ahold of him over the weekend and jog my
memory.
