opinion needed about a turbo car

The company that makes the turbo conversion is ATP. www.vwturbo.com
I personally think they're a bunch of idiots, but if it's just hardware (and
I think it is) then 220hp sounds about right and it should have the same
reliability as the stock system (maybe better, cause the stock supercharger
seems to be not so good)
Wouldn't have a clue about the value of the car, parts have got to be
expensive.
