16v

How difficult would it be to turn my 8v engine into a 16v?  Could I just 
slap on another head?  I doubt its that easy (intake, exhaust, wiring) but 
I'm not sure what all is involved.  I would like to do some modifications 
for as little as possibe (wouldnt everyone) and I figure there is more I can 
do with a 16v engine.  I will be getting a racing cam for my 8v soon (not 
sure of the specs) but I was wondering if the swap would be worth it.  Also, 
I was considering turbocharging my car, but that is once I get a little 
money.  Anyone who can point out some pros and cons, or just give me any 
info on the subject, please help!  Thanks for your time,
