Daun,

Eventhough I have yet to get my happy ass out there, I think that most 
people don't realize how much you really must do to make this happen. I 
think that having some rental equipment like you are talking about is the 
way to go. Most on the list probably have a PayPal account and can fund this 
as they commit to showing up. I don't think you'd have many who object to a 
reasonable fee, and it will make for a great quality GTG.

It would take some planning, but you've got a whole year to do so :)
