the car will pass the test w/o the cat. the only snag is the visual

for that we have an old cat that is cut to clamp over the pipe(like a
clamshell). 5 mins to in stall, 5 mins to remove. we pass this from
rocco to
rocco, depending on which needs inspected, and when it's not in use we
keep
it on the shelf. ;)

Here they stick a mirror w/wheels under the car to visually verify that
the cat is there.
Where do you put it, right at the DP/Exhaust joint?
