Anyone match this part# to a spring?

I've got what I suspect are older Neuspeed springs (made by H&R?).  I
just found a part number on one of the springs, but came up empty after
a google search.

The springs are black, and the number is located near the top - in
white lettering.

part # 15-33-04-234-1

Anyone confirm whether these are old Neuspeeds or not?
