sunroof tilts and slides....???

My rocco doesn't have a sunroof, but my rabbit does & it leaks. Someone told me that any sunroof will work for parts including an A2 sunroof. Izzat true?

If a rocco roof tilts and slides, how are parts from that gonna work on my rabbit?
