Brake line Q

So I'm getting ready to start putting stuff (like engine /
transmission etc) into this '81 S shell, but before I do, I
need to install new brake lines.  Not the rubber ends, but
the hard lines from the MC to the wheels.  The fronts are
missing, the backs were cut just below where the MC is
supposed to be.

How difficult is this job?  (Cringing)  Is it possible to
swap lines from the donor '81 depending on condition?
