in ohio, 1st offense is $250 and 90 day suspension, 2nd offense $500 and 
6months, 3rd offense is $750 and a year. in all cases you can't get your 
licsense back without getting insurance and filing an sr-22 proof of 
insurance with the state for 5 years. not that i have any experience with 
this or anything ;)
