Well, we're becoming more socialist every day so I won't be suprised if we

Heck, in Washington we now have the "click it, or ticket" safety belt rule.
I believe in saftey belts but if I want to go flying through my window thats
my own choice!

I can't believe that an emergency kit & a triangle isn't mandatory in the
USA.
In case you don't have one in your car here in Germany you will get a ticket
!
