Waterfest - My Opinion...Does It Really Count?

I couldn't get that close, it seemed every time I tried to butt in,
people kept coming up to you...I thought "Dude, look at his car...no
wonder everyone is impressed..." I guess I should have been more
aggressive, I too was distracted by the heat and my hunger...
